Responsibilities
  • Handling all aspect of employment-related issues, including recruitment; structuring of employment relationship; variation of employment terms and benefits; termination of employment; enforceability of non-compete clauses; disciplinary matters; and labour relations
  • Advising in relation to discrimination and harassment, and personal data issues connected with employment.
  • Handling contentious and non-contentious matters including in the, EOC, Labour Tribunal and Courts
  • Assisting with internal corporate investigations and investigations by the Labour Department, EOC, Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data and Immigration Department.
Qualification / Person Specification
  • Qualified in Hong Kong
  • 2 to 4 post qualification with relevant experience
  • English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills (written and spoken) is essential
  • Interest in working in Employment Law
  • Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and client management skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
