Responsibilities

The role is expected to:-

  • Optimize Usage: Identify and implement the most relevant features of the E5 suite to meet the firm's specific needs.
  • Cost Efficiency: Reduce costs by eliminating redundant software and consolidating tools within the M365 ecosystem.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates from Microsoft, ensuring the firm always benefits from the latest advancements.
  • Collaboration: Enhance communication and collaboration as we look to integrate tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Qualification / Person Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years at managerial level. Prior working experience in legal industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and E5.
  • Understands and can articulate how Microsoft licensing works.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good project management capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively amongst different stakeholders i.e. IT, lawyers, secretaries and Business Services.
