Responsibilities

This role is responsible for assisting and coordinating internal and external training logistics. This role is also responsible for maintaining CPD / RME records and producing L&D reports.

  • Deal with the Law Society of Hong Kong regarding matters on Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Risk Management Education (RME) on an operational level
  • Coordinate internal training on an operational level
  • Coordinate with various departments in providing logistics support for training service
  • Maintain annual learning calendar
  • Compile learning evaluation and expense reports
  • Maintain learning database for internal and external training
  • Assist in the Firm's Inductions and Trainee Programmes
  • Attend to training service provided to external clients (inclusive of training held during evening and weekend)
  • Ensure the Asia region is informed of training programs in a timely manner, including regular updates to the L&D intranet site
  • Prepare regular reports on the activities of the L&D team
  • Perform adhoc L&D projects as assigned
Qualification / Person Specification
  • University graduate with at least 2 years of experience in people/skills co-ordination, preferably assisting in training logistics with professional firms and or running a conference or training centre
  • Attention to detail
  • Meticulous and organized, with good planning and skills capable of working independently
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and resourceful in solving problems for clients
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience in dealing with senior management and consultants
  • Excellent spoken and written English with proficiency in Putonghua an added advantage
  • Hardworking and does not mind going an extra mile working in non-office hours when job requires
  • Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
  • Positive and a good team-player
